O Palmeiras determinou o afastamento imediato de Felipe Teresa, atacante da equipe sub-20, após Marcelle Barbosa, ex-companheira do jogador e mãe de seu filho, acusá-lo de violência doméstica. A denúncia veio a público neste domingo (13/9), quando ela relatou nas redes sociais agressões que teriam ocorrido durante uma viagem de São Paulo ao Rio de Janeiro, em agosto. O atleta nega ter abandonado o filho e informou que tratará as acusações por meio de seus advogados.
Segundo Marcelle, o episódio aconteceu em 15 de agosto, durante uma viagem de van na qual também estavam o filho do casal e outras pessoas. Ela contou que uma discussão entre os dois se intensificou ao longo do trajeto e afirmou ter recebido um chute e, posteriormente, um soco no rosto. A ex-companheira reconheceu que, durante uma das discussões, deu um tapa no jogador, mas declarou que procurou a polícia cerca de duas semanas depois do ocorrido, quando conseguiu formalizar a denúncia.

Após o relato se tornar público, a presidente do Palmeiras, Leila Pereira, determinou que Felipe fosse retirado das atividades das categorias de base enquanto os fatos são apurados. Em posicionamento oficial, o clube afirmou não tolerar violência contra a mulher e informou que aguardará o avanço das investigações antes de definir eventuais novas providências.
