O presidente do Corinthians, Osmar Stabile, se manifestou nesta terça-feira (15/9), por meio de sua defesa, após o Ministério Público de São Paulo apresentar denúncia contra o dirigente por suposta apropriação indébita relacionada à contratação de serviços de segurança. A defesa também contestou o pedido de afastamento feito pelo órgão.
Segundo o MP, a empresa Bear Security recebeu R$ 721 mil do Corinthians entre julho de 2025 e agosto de 2026 por serviços de segurança ligados a Stabile e, possivelmente, a familiares. A acusação afirma que recursos do clube teriam sido utilizados para custear a proteção particular do presidente. A Justiça ainda precisa decidir se aceita a denúncia.

Defesa diz que segurança foi contratada pelo cargo
Na manifestação, os advogados de Stabile contestaram a interpretação apresentada pelo Ministério Público e afirmaram que a contratação ocorreu em razão da função exercida pelo dirigente. A defesa também citou ameaças que teriam atingido o presidente e sua família e mencionou manifestações públicas de repúdio da Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF) e da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF).
“Osmar Stabile, por meio de sua defesa, recebe com estranheza a denúncia apresentada pelo Promotor de Justiça Cássio Conserino, que tenta transformar em acusação criminal a contratação de uma equipe de segurança para o exercício da Presidência do Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. A segurança não foi contratada para Osmar como pessoa, mas em razão do cargo. As ameaças, de conhecimento público, decorreram de sua atuação como presidente, atingiram sua família e motivaram manifestações de repúdio, inclusive da Federação Paulista de Futebol (FPF) e Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF). O Ministério Público conhecia esses fatos, assim como sabia que a adoção de segurança para dirigentes ocorre em outros grandes clubes e já foi utilizada em gestões anteriores do Corinthians”, diz a nota.
Presidente contesta pedido de afastamento
Além da acusação relacionada aos gastos com segurança, o Ministério Público solicitou medidas cautelares contra Stabile. Entre os pedidos estão o afastamento de funções diretivas, a proibição de acesso às dependências do Corinthians e restrições de contato com dirigentes e testemunhas ligadas à investigação. O MP também pediu o bloqueio de R$ 721 mil em bens do presidente.
A defesa afirmou que o pedido de afastamento será contestado judicialmente e ressaltou que, até uma eventual decisão da Justiça, Stabile continua exercendo normalmente a presidência do clube: “Nesse contexto, causa também estranheza o pedido de afastamento formulado pelo Ministério Público, que será devidamente contestado nos autos. Osmar Stabile permanece normalmente no EXERCÍCIO DA PRESIDÊNCIA, pois o pedido depende de decisão judicial.”
Defesa nega apropriação de valores
A denúncia apresentada pelo MP cita documentos fiscais, registros relacionados aos serviços de segurança e declarações atribuídas ao próprio presidente sobre a utilização de uma “segurança VIP”. O órgão também aponta que a Bear Security não teria o registro necessário junto à Polícia Federal para atuar no setor.
No encerramento da manifestação, os advogados de Stabile afirmaram confiar na Justiça e negaram que tenha ocorrido apropriação de recursos do Corinthians: “A defesa, por sua vez, confia no Poder Judiciário e está segura de que ficará demonstrado que não houve qualquer apropriação de valores do Clube.”

Agora, caberá à Justiça analisar a denúncia e os pedidos apresentados pelo Ministério Público. Caso a acusação seja recebida, o presidente terá direito à apresentação de provas e testemunhas no processo.
